Integrative Lymphatic Therapy
About me
I am a Brazilian massage and beauty therapist, based in the UK since 2019, specialising in integrative lymphatic therapy. I am certified in both Brazil and the UK and have over eight years of hands-on experience working primarily with lymphatic techniques.
From the beginning of my career, I chose to focus on lymphatic drainage, recognising the important role the lymphatic system plays in circulation, fluid balance, and overall wellbeing. Over the years, I have trained in multiple lymphatic methods, as well as fascia work, body therapies, and complementary approaches that support both physical and nervous-system regulation.
Rather than following one rigid technique, my work has evolved into an integrative method that blends lymphatic drainage with selected bodywork techniques and restorative approaches. Each treatment is adapted to how the body presents on the day, supporting fluid movement, tissue release, and relaxation in a way that feels both effective and sustainable.

I believe the body functions best when circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue health, and the nervous system are supported together. My aim is not to force change, but to create the conditions for the body to restore balance in its own time.

Before beginning my career in body therapy, I worked in corporate sales. After experiencing panic attacks during that period of my life, I was forced to slow down and reassess what truly mattered to me. That experience deepened my understanding of how closely the body and nervous system are connected, and ultimately led me to retrain in massage and lymphatic therapy.
This transition was not only a career change, but a personal one. It shaped the way I approach my work today — with greater sensitivity to stress, regulation, and the importance of creating a calm and supportive treatment environment.
Alongside my professional journey, I am also a mother, which has further strengthened my appreciation for balance, resilience, and care — both in life and in practice.
What began as a personal turning point has evolved into a practice rooted in experience, thoughtful care, and respect for the body’s natural capacity to restore balance.
